For any questions (order tracking, reimbursement, etc.), please send us an email to the following address: info@orehana.com. We will respond to you within 24-48 hours.
We only accept the following payment methods:
- Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, CB

Our offices are open Monday to Friday and we strive to prepare your packages as quickly as possible. Your order will be prepared in a maximum of 72 hours. Delivery times are those practiced by our partners (La Poste). Please note, however, that during periods of high activity, our order preparation times may be exceptionally extended by up to 5 working days.
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your package to request the return of one or more items. To do this, contact customer service at the email address info@orehana.com to inform us of the reason for your return and we will let you know how to send the package back to us. Return costs are your responsibility. Please note that if your order is returned beyond this legal deadline of 14 days and/or without tracking information, your refund cannot be made. Upon receipt of your return, the refund will be made according to the payment method chosen when ordering, excluding delivery costs.
Despite rigorous quality control in our workshops and then in our offices, certain products can unfortunately sometimes present manufacturing defects. We therefore sincerely regret that you have to send us a complaint. To do this, please send us a photo of the item's defects as quickly as possible to our address info@orehana.com and we will cover the return costs. You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to return the product in question to us. Once the defective product has been received in our offices, we can then reimburse you for your purchase costs.
